I pick up our granddaughter every day before my daughter gets home from work and I watch her for an hour. Just keeping up with her has turned out to be the best workout ever. We crawl under tables, we sit and squat on the floor, we bounce. I pick her up and put her down, I do arm curls when I blow on her belly. The next morning everything aches. I watch her as she goes around the living room and think, if we all did the same as a baby when they are learning to crawl and walk, we would have strong legs, tight abs and never be in bad shape. Maybe someone should make a workout video and call it the baby workout.

Sounds good to me. :) LOL It's amazing how carrying a baby around and how playing with them can make your whole body sore. :) Maybe you could come up with the video :)
