Cops Taser Pregnant Woman Three Times

A woman in her last trimester was pulled over on the way to taking her 11 year old to school. She apparently refused to sign the ticket because she felt she had done nothing wrong and was not going to admit to doing anything. In Washington, refusing to sign a ticket is a crime. So the officers proceeded to arrest her and she refused to get out of the car because she was in her last trimester. So they proceed to taser her once in the neck, the leg and the arm.

Now they won their case against her and are trying to go to the Supreme court. The officers want the Supreme Court to rule that they did nothing wrong. The civil courts have already said the cops were in the right so why push it to the Supreme Court do you think?

So she acted like an idiot in front of her 11 year old... nice! She's the idiot, not the cops. they don't just tase you, let alone a pg woman for no reason.... that cafe mom article was one sided and just bashed the cops and didn't go into detail on what happened. Maybe she acted towards an aggressive manor, did she go to drive off, did she reach for something they couldn't see? I highly doubt they'd tase someone just sitting still in their car knowing that there's an 11 year old whiteness and probably police cameras seeing the whole thing. To get turned down they must of had some really good evidence against her.

I was wondering too what drew them to do that. I mean three times for a woman in the car? I read some more on this and it said the officers reached in and turned her car off and took the keys out and tossed them in the floor. The lady stiffened her arms on the steering wheel and wouldn't get out. All this because she didn't want to sign the ticket that said she was going 32 mph in a school zone. They said they only tazed her in touch mode not dart mode. That was less painful but she still has scars from it. So really makes you wonder... what truly went on that they felt they had to taser her three times like that.

First off the article is extremely one sided. Secondly for a court of law to rule in the cops favor there is obviously a heck of a lot of evidence in their favor. Seeing how she had an 11 yo in the car with her I would think that if something wrong was done that child is old enough to testify. Just because you are preggo does not make you above the law. if you are to preggo to get out of the car then for crying out loud you are to preggo to be driving. I'm sure there is a lot more to this story then the blip in the article. To bad people dont do research to find out the whole story before doing half arsed reporting about it. This woman could have had a gun, knife, billyclub, whatever on her and we just don't know about it. Also have people forgotten that a car can become a deadly weapon? And to think all the woman had to do was sign a stupid ticket..... Idiot
