When it comes to parenting there are all sorts of ways that people view as the "best" for their children. Even in your own home you and your spouse may not agree on how to best handle situations. For the majority my husband and I do agree but there are some things that we haven't always seen eye to eye on.
What are the best tip you can share or you use in your home when mom and dad don't agree on parenting styles?

We may not see eye to eye on everything and when we dont agree with each other we sit down and discuss a way around it. Discipline in particular can be a difficult subject but talking and working together really helps keep the peace and sanity for both of us.
for the most part we agree. But my husband lets my son get away with WAY more then i do. When I'm around he will only get onto row if i say something first. So that is not always fun. I feel like the bad guy all the time, but i know i'm right when he's over there trying to jump out the window of his two story playhouse and i yell at him. Just things like that.. :-) The best tip i can give though is don't have a disagreement match in front of them because they will feed off who will punish and who will let them get away with murder and go to that parent for sympathy or to get something they want. :-)
I too, feel like the bad guy all the time . And I hate that because it takes two. Two people (a couple) from the beginning , when did THAT stop ? I will say NO and then dad (hence not Dad) will let him have his way! REALLY?!
