You can check with Ocala Parks & Recreation for upcoming events, I found this under their events listing

Description
The Brown Bag Bunny Brunch is an activity for pre-schoolers 3 to 5 years of age.  Children will have the opportunity to decorate cookies, do age appropriate crafts, hunt Easter Eggs, meet "Mr. Bunny", and have refreshments.  Cost includes one parent and child.  For each additional sibling and adult their is an additional fee.  For more information please contact the Parks and Recreation Office at 352-671-8560

There's usually several big Easter egg hunts around as well. Hopefully the events list will come out soon!:)

Tuscawilla Park usually holds their Easter Egg Hunt along with Train Rides, easter cookie decorating, etc. on the weekend of Easter. It's on a Saturday. Fun, but very crowded. All of it is free. They do an egg hunt according to age.

Belleview Community Easter Egg Hunt from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Lake Lillian, Lillian Circle off Southeast Robinson Road, Belleview. Hunt for children 3 and younger begins at 11 a.m.; for 4 to 7 at 11:30 a.m.; and 8 to 12 at noon. Easter Bunny will be on hand between 11 a.m and noon. (347-6310)
