Father's Day gifts for the men who have everything.

My husband's birthday falls on Father's day this year and I would like to give him something special yet creative.  He is the type of person that buys things as he needs or wants them and doesn't ask for very much.  I would really appreciate any unique gift ideas.

what about a personalized gift? maybe a watch or pen or trophy/paperweight.. frame.. something that you can have engraved with a nice quote or something like that? things remembered in the mall or BJ Trophys has a lot of neat things to look at, and they do all the engraving there in house.

I am giving my hubby a day of bass fishing with Captain Tom on Lake Weir. He has wanted a charter fishing trip so he can learn how to navigate Lake Weir and find the best spot for bass fishing. If your hubby likes any sport see if you can get him a personalized day doing what he likes. You can find out what it cost to drive the pace car in Daytona or a day with his favorite baseball team. You can also do a man's spa day. We did a spa day with my son in law and he loved getting the deep tissue massage.

My hubby asked for a push broom from Sam's he saw the other day. LOL I am in the same position though because if he needs it he just buys it himself. Here are some great crafts that the kids can do and I really like for Father's Day. Maybe you can get some ideas off here.

Last year we took a trip down to Miami for Labor Day weekend and collected a bunch of shells on the beach to decorate picture frames with for Father's Day.  The kids each picked out a picture of them with their dad and a picture frame and then glued the shells onto the frame.  I did a multi-picture frame and put a bunch of family pictures in it and also glued on some sea shells.  He loved it and has them in his office.  It's a really personal gift and it gave the kids (and me!) a fun project to do :-).

You can call Captain Tom at 236-0872. He normally does charters on the Ocklawaha but he will take his boat to Lake Weir. Have Fun

as a father, some chrome for my bike, a day to sleep in,a new flat screen tv, a day on the firing range with the kids(they pay for the ammo), a poker run, a new rifle,a new multi tool, these are the things we dads would like to have, or yea a day of fishing but the chrome for the bike would be the tops, just speaking of a dad

I don't know if this is what you had in mind! but the Paddock Mall is sponsoring a Big Boys Toys event:

 

Paddock Mall is setting it’s sights on the guys this month with a brawny, masculine  event scheduled for Father’s Day weekend. Big Boy Toys will feature interactive displays, vendor presentations, sports challenges and a vehicle display. The event will run from noon until 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 19.
