Favorite Local Place to Get Pizza

There are so many pizza places in town these days and so far all we've tried have been great. My family loves Pronto, DanZanos and Fiores. I have friends that swear by AJ's in Marion Oaks and Brooklyn Pizza on NE 14th. What's your favorite local pizzeria?

We used to like the pizza factory before they closed down. We order from Loritos, papa johns, and mikes italian.

Me? I especially like Brooklyn's, Slyce, La Famiglia and Lorito's. I like these especially because they tend to be the New York style with a thin-but-floppy crust, sauce that doesn't overpower everything else and cheese that strings as you pull a piece away from the pie.

We love Sammie's over here on the sw side of town. Hungry Howies has a nice thin crust too. Stevie B's is a good buffet style. We will
Have to check these others out though. I love finding a good mom and pop place to eat:)

La Famiglia is REALLY good. They just are too far to deliver to us but if you are ok with picking it up, then give them a try. They are on Baseline. Really good calzones! And their salads are made on request, you can just tell them what you want in it and they'll make it just how you want it :-)

We like Brooklyns, Pasta Faire and the Big Apple Eatery when we decide to go out. If we want to stay in, we just get Dijornos.

for marion oaks AJ's or 484 pizza is the top choices!

We recently tried Brooklyn Pizza and was really impressed. I loved their white pizza. My son loves Hungry Howies! Bargain Shouter has a half price deal for Aj's Pizza if anyone is near there or wants to try them out! Only $10 for $20 worth of Pizza and Wings

Wiseguys Pizzeria in Pearl Britton Plaza is really good! We go there at least once a week.

Loritos Pizza has amazing pizza. It's located on Silver Spring blvd next to Staples.....

Just tried Slyce tonight - really good!!! Not just good pizza, great food all around! Tasted like most items were made from scratch! Oh, and the large pizza IS large!!
