I'm Jen. I am mom to one wild and rowdy 6 year old boy that I homeschool and love it. We moved here to Ocala in 2008 and have enjoyed it ever since. It has definitely been and adventure and I look forward to what's in store ahead. I both love/don't love living close to the theme parks, beach etc. This means we can typically go on "vacation" whenever we want but it also means we typically come back home to spend the night ;) LOL So let's hear those stories moms!

Hi Jen! I'm Allie, I'm a mom of a 1 year old little girl and a 3 year old "adult" little girl! My fiance and I moved our kids here recently from TX to be near my parents. Unfortunately, they're still the only people we know here! My 3 year old is too young to start school but old enough to be super lonely without kids her age so that's why we're trying to network and find local moms & kids for her/us to hang out with! Aside from our human babies, we also have two four-legged kids! My fiance is in the construction trade and I'm currently just a SAHM and going to school in Gainesville. We look forward to meeting all of you!

Hi everyone,I'm a stay at home mom to a 6 year old girl,5 year old boy,and 2 year old boy/girl twins.Recently moved to sw Ocala to be closer to my family(Allie,you and I are in similar situations).I don't go to school,but my husband works in Gainesville.

My parents live near Dunnellon/Rainbow River so we're in your neck of the woods a lot. Let me know if you guys ever want to meet up! We're available anytime Fridays/weekends and in the late afternoon M-Th! I know my 3 year old Haley would be thrilled to meet some kids her age, she doesn't know anyone here!

Allie,my parents also live in Dunnellon!lol. The kids would love a playdate.Right now we're in the process of unpacking so we don't have much time this weekend to get out.But next weekend we may be able to.

HI I'm Sarah. I am a SAHM to a very strong willed 2 1/2 year old girl named Sydney.  I also have a 9 year old step daughter named Emma who lives in IN with her mom but spends all school breaks down in FL.  We moved to Ocala from NY in 2011.  It has been a big change for us, especially since July 2012 when my husband left for Afghanistan.  I am looking to meet some friends for both her and I.
