Bored Moms Who Like To Socialize!

I would like to start a playgroup for bored moms who like to go out and do things. I am a stay at home that loves to socialize and meet new people, but it's kind of hard to do that when I am always home lol!

I'm a older first time mommy ... So finding new friends could be challenging. At one time I was outgoing, but thats all changed since moving to Florida .... I left all my friends and family behind in California. Now I spend my days isolated within 4 walls talking to my son ( 13 months ) and 2 dogs. Haha!

So met up with some people at the splash pad last weekend and it was a blast. Thinking of either going again this weekend or over to Baseline Road Park. Friend request me for details if you are interested or want updates on when we get together. Mainly right now it is weekends as I work during the day but if we get enough stay at home moms we will start getting a group together on the weekdays too!

Would love to set up a playdate at a park or the splash pad to meet some other mom's and kids. I have a 1 year old and another on the way. Does anyone want to meet up tomorrow afternoon at one of the parks? I am familiar with the one off 35 or Baseline Rd. Other option is meeting downtown at the splash pad. Let me know if anyone is interested. Thinking around 2 or 3 (after naptime and lunch)

I have had over 15 years experience with babysitting and watching children. I have experience with special needs children as well. I volunteered at a school for special needs children for 3 years. Right now, I am a stay-at-home-mom so I am available for part time and full time positions. I have helped raise all 3 of my nieces who are now 15, 13 and 12. I have a 2-year-old of my own. I am looking to open a daycare in my home within the next year or so, so I am looking for more experience to have. I adore children of all ages, pets (have 3), the outdoors, playing, educating, reading and crafts! I am very into nutrition and health, love to be outdoors and playing. I have an ABC Mouse account that can be used as well as several homeschooling and educational tools to bring with me. I am working on CPR certifications as well as completing my child development classes online.  My phone number is 352-843-1157. I have references and a background check.

Hey ladies! I just wanted to run a quick question by you. I recently ran into a unspeakable dilemma my nanny for my 8 month old son is moving back to Boston. I need to find a at home daycare that is as equally as fabulous. Do u wonderful ladies have any recommendations or know anyone who does a at home daycare?

Schools almost out for us! How about trying to set up some playdates. The kids need some fun and I know I could use some adult interaction!

How do you like living in Marion oaks... my fiancé and I had bought a house in Ocala palms before we knew our son was coming. Now that he is here we are being forced to sell because this is an adult only community. We have seen some house's for sale in Marion oaks that we were interested in looking at, but haven't had a chance to look at the community yet as we are just about to start this process and cannot move until we sell our current home. Does any one Know about the Cimarron and saddle creek communities there were a few house there we saw that we liked as well.
