Consequences for Breaking the Rules:
Each report or violation will be considered on a case by case
basis. Any decision that is made will be confidential and not
discussed publicly on the forums. A user will be informed of
wrongdoing by email from the editor of the site. But in general,
here are the consequences for breaking the rules:
* First offense: written warning
* Second offense: 3 day suspension
* Third offense: 7 day suspension
* Fourth offense: removed from the site
