"I lived at Carlton Arms back in 2003-2005, and I enjoyed it then. Not sure if it has changed since then. I lived in Phase II, it was still being completed when I moved in and I was the first to live in that apartment so everything was new and clean!…"

"It all depends on where you want to live. My daughter was living at Estates at Heathbrook, it is gated, has a beautiful pool area and is on Sumter Electric. Her rent was approximately 850.00 for a two bedroom. The place is very convenient to SR 200.…"

As a single mom with a toddler I'm looking for safe, family friendly, affordable, newer apartments. I've looked in Deerwood and love the location and nice, new buildings but the rent is outrageous! Does anyone know anything about Grand Reserve, Carlton Arms, or any others near town.See More
