I'm a mom of four, ages 1 to 19. I recently got laid off from my job. While I was working, I would plan these elaborate, often times expensive weekend family get-a-way's.

The economy is in the dumps right now, but my 1,4 and 6 year-old

could care less. I found a really cheap activity that's fun,
